My passion is meeting people where they are at in life and helping them get on the path to being the best version of themselves. As a therapist I tend to think outside the box to help others unlock their full potential and achieve mental wellness on their own terms.
I have worked with and continue to work with many people from different backgrounds. I am LGBTQ+ and BIPOC friendly. I focus on person-centered planning, as it allows me to collaborate with the client to create a treatment plan tailored to their needs.
I am a native of Flint, MI. I graduated with my BA from Alma College. Then I earned my MSW from Michigan State University in 2016. I now hold my LMSW and am a certified Grief Coach. I have been working in the mental health space for over 10 years. I have worked in the community and in the office helping different people improve their mental health. I am EMDR certified as well.
During my free time I love spending time with my family, watching Netflix, reading a good book, writing poetry, learning about different cultures and traveling. I am always taking in the best of what the world has to offer and sharing positive vibes with others.
I am accepting new clients!!!
